How Artzology handles information when you contact us, place an order or browse our website.
Information you share
When you make an enquiry or order, we may receive your name, email, phone number, order details, delivery information and messages or artwork you share. Checkout and payment services handle the information needed to process your purchase. Required checkout details help us confirm, produce and deliver your order; without them we may be unable to fulfil it.
How we use it
We use relevant information to reply to enquiries, plan jersey production, confirm payments, arrange delivery, provide order updates and maintain customer records. Marketing emails and optional website analytics have separate choices; declining them does not prevent you from contacting us or ordering.
Services involved
Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting and Supabase for stored site and customer data. Orders are placed through Orderla and its payment services. Relevant details may also be handled by our email providers and delivery partners. These services may process information outside Malaysia. When optional cookies are allowed, PostHog, Meta and TikTok may receive website interaction, device and campaign information.
Cookies & browser storage
Your browser remembers your cookie choice. Essential site features work without optional tracking. If you allow optional cookies, we use analytics and marketing tools to understand visits, measure campaigns and connect website interactions with advertising. Changing your choice below applies to this browser. Rejecting optional cookies stops future optional tracking through our consent controls; it does not erase information already sent or change another device’s preferences.
Marketing & customer records
Use the personal unsubscribe link in any Artzology marketing email to stop promotional emails. Unsubscribing does not remove relevant order and account communications or automatically delete customer records. We retain information for order fulfilment, customer support and applicable record-keeping needs. Contact us to ask about the records and retention periods relevant to you.
Access, corrections & questions
You can contact us to request access to your information, correct inaccurate details, ask about deletion or limit marketing use. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing orders or applicable obligations. Please send personal information directly to support rather than in public channels.
