University collection orders offer self-pickup at the assigned college post hub or centre, or courier delivery, as selected at checkout. Check your confirmation for the option attached to your order.

Pickup dates and arrangements are announced through the collection’s Telegram channel. For courier orders, we will contact you with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Delivery charges and available destinations are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need a delivery option that isn’t listed.

Preorder collections are produced after the order window and quantity planning. Production, sorting and handover dates are estimates and can change with the production schedule.

A distribution date marks the planned start of handover, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Use the latest collection timeline and announcements for updates.

You can request a size change before your order is sent to production. Once final orders have moved to the manufacturer, size changes can no longer be made.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are confirmed and moved into production. If you need help before production, contact us with your order reference so we can check its stage before confirming what is possible.

Contact Artzology as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order reference, the item and size ordered, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the jersey and packaging.

Keep the item and packaging while we review your request. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the next steps, including any return, replacement or refund arrangements.
